Dreams don't cost nothing

not too long ago, sarah and i lie awake staring at my ceiling. it was late, and the only sounds were the other campers breathing rhythm beside us. we were quiet, and i was on the verge of falling asleep. but then i had a thought.

 

me: "sarah?"

sarah: "hmm?'

me: "let's move out together"

sarah: "ok."

 

And that was that. We stayed up a little later discussing our futures, what we wanted to do, where we wanted to live etc.. our dreams. sarah the vet tech and morgan the film-maker. living on a farm together, training horses and making movies. going to college and getting married. traveling the world and finding an apartment. we talked for a looooong time, until a few subtle sighs from the others insinuated a "be quiet!".

when the conversation was finished, and sarah had already turned over, i laid awake a little bit longer. contemplating our discussion..

 

next year i plan on traveling a bit with my brother. i plan finishing school and preparing for college. meeting some new friends. working my job.  dreaming about what will be next after that. and yes, sarah and i might move out together somtime in this life.

 

after college and a few academy award films ;) i want to get married and have a house full of boys. yes, boys. i have already picked out names ;)

 

someday when i am older, and my thoughts are more on whats for supper, new shoes for my kids and the messy house.. i won't be dreaming these dreams anymore. my dreams will probably be more like "maybe the kids will go to bed on time tonight" ;)

 

we only have a little time to dream before reality hits us, and we grow up.

 

i plan living my dreams.

 

 

  reality costs an awful lot. but dreams don't.

 

remember that.

A walk with Anna

Sunday evening Anna and I made our way into the yard with camera's ready to fire. We laid in the grass , barefoot. Our faces hidden behind our viewfinders . Smiling and telling each other how to pose. We made our way down to the road where the camera click echoed through the area. Here are the few I snapped of Anna. Aren't you digging her new hair cut?! ADORBS. I'm also loving Lightroom4, which I have recently purchased and am now using. Whatcha think?

First of all, let me start by saying, it was kinda hard trying to find pics that reallllyyyy describe me. I've attempted this post several times, but looking back, I see how much I have changed, and the old brand pics aren't me anymore. Lately I have been discovering some more of myself. And seeing more of my likes and dislikes. So many times when it comes to branding, we usually post/pin things we like  instead of what we actually are. I am guilty of this. Not everything in my B R A N D  board is 100% me. Most of it is things I can see  myself doing, then what I actually do.  I guess I have come to the conclusion, that I'm not going to find a lot of pins that are like me. Because every pin, is somebody else. And everybody else, is not me. There is only one me. No one can be a 2nd me.
So these are the most pins I could find, that can kinda give you a glimpse into my life. :)

Wednesday. My family and I went out. Something we rarely get to do. So we went apple picking. And pumpkin perusing. We had a good day as a family.

Tuesday morning I was in a rush. I had a to-do list out the window and I HAD to do my math.
(I am in the process of trying to CLEP algebra, as I am prepearing for film school.)
The morning wasn't too hectic, but I did get the math done. Next thing on the list was.... my room. I actually made a before and after video of it, which will be up SOON! It took me four hours... Yeah... It was pretty bad. Whilst cleaning I was informed that the besties were coming over and staying the night. Sounded good to me. I was just glad I cleaned my room ;) Here is what we were up too... Which I made a video about that too. ;)

Yeah.. We "chalked " the road... Artistic graffiti . We had everything we could think of plastered on the road... Free hugs, I love you, $50 toll, STOP, Avengers symbols and mockingjays. Everything. After we were done doing naughty things (just kidding ;)) we walked down to a campground near my house. we sat in the church grounds for a little while, and discovered like a million cool places. I am sure Anna and I will be having a photo shoot down there sometime soon. I think we all lost count how many chiggers we all had. We. Got. Attacked. Literally. Once home, we piled on the couches in a sweaty itchy heap, mouths full of cookies, and eyes watching National Treasure. It was a good night. And then we went to sleep, because we were tired ;)
